To alter the metadata associated with your files in the database, you will need to have set at least 1 username and password in the configuration. At the bottom of each page you will see a key icon.

Clicking on this icon will prompt you for your username and password. This will enable administration mode.
Once in administrative mode, the icon at the bottom will change to an edit icon.

Clicking on this icon will display an edit form which will allow you to edit the metadata for the current item you are viewing. (a file or a directory) After submitting this form, your changes are saved to the database. Ok? Ok.
